Day 2 - Milngavie to Balmaha (20 Miles)
The first day of walking commences and it's a good one! The hike out of Milngavie is pretty monotonous and flat which means it's a fantastic day to rack up those miles. The final few miles towards Balmaha only get prettier as we head towards the stunning Loch Lomond where we get to spend the night.
Distance: 19.5 Miles
Day 3 - Balmaha to Inversnaid (14 Miles)
Day two sees us begin the mighty hike down the 24 miles Loch Lomond, luckily for us we're only doing 14 miles of it today with most of it being on easy terrain. The final few miles are a challenge as we head to Inversnaid to spend the night.
Distance: 14 miles
Day 4 - Inversnaid to Tyndrum (18.5 Miles)
Today we're back to it once more and heading for the busy highland town of Tyndrum. This is where the hike starts to get incredibly beautiful as we start passing through the glens and begin to see some of the big Scottish Munroe's appear on the landscape.
Distance: 18.5 Miles
Day 5 - Tyndrum to Glencoe (17.8 Miles)
If you thought the previous day was pretty then today will blow your socks off! Regarded as the most stunning day on the West Highland Way we head into Glencoe. A day full of stunning forests, mountain landscapes, nice tracks. Finishing at the Glencoe Mountain Resort.
Distance: 17.8 Miles
Day 6 - Glencoe to Kinlochleven (10 Miles)
The end is near and the days start to shorten. Today is a 10 mile hike through Glencoe and over the "Devil's staircase" a scary name for a not so scary hill. The day ends at Kinlochleven which is a pretty little highland village and the perfect place to relax and soak up the scenery.
Distance: 10 miles
Day 7 - Finnish the West Highland Way (12 Miles)
The day has come, you've taken on this amazing path and reached the end. The final few miles stand between you and Fort William. Climbing out of Fort William before heading down the final Glen and into the town centre.
Distance: 12 Miles
Day 8 - Head home
After our epic adventure it's time to head home and leave Scotland behind. We offer drop off to multiple locations between Fort William and Lancaster and are very flexible on this.
