Norwegian Summer Exploration (Lofoten islands)

Today is a travel day, heading from London to the beautiful city of Tromso Norway in the arctic circle. Here your guide will meet you at the airport and you'll begin your journey South to the Lofoten Islands. Stopping overnight in a lake side cabin for one night to break to journey.

Today we finish our journey to Lofoten and arrive at our stunning accommodation, once settled in your guide will take you for a short wander onto a local crag which offers panoramic views across Lofoten. Before having dinner cooked for you and the opportunity to sauna and swim the the fjord.

One of the most stunning things to witness in the world is sea eagles in Norway! This jet boat tour takes us out into the heart of Troll Fjord where multiple sea eagles often lie in wait. Truly and once in a life time opportunity and experience.

Reine Norway is truly one of the most beautiful places on the planet. From the picturesque fishing houses to dramatic mountains and of course the interlaced sea fjords. We also go to "Hell" which is considered to be the explorable end of Lofoten where you can gaze off into uncharted arctic wilderness.

We head back to Reine for Dinner at a local restaurant.

During the day we will be heading out hiking in the local area to some of the white sand beaches. However we want to save our energy for later on that night. After dinner cooked by your guide you will be taken out midnight sun sea kayaking by a local Norwegian guide. Starting at 10:30pm and finishing at 1am you will sea the sun dip down on the ocean before rising again. No darkness falls during July at all.

Today you will have the opportunity to surf at the most Northern surf school in the world! With a professional surfer teaching you the basics before heading out on the waves. There will also be the option for a local hike and of course to just kick back relax and enjoy the accommodation if you don't want to face the waves of the arctic! (FULL KIT PROVIDED)

Today we journey back to Tromso, leaving early to give adventurers to chance to see Tromso. We will be using a local hotel in the centre which will give you perfect access to this city. Before the night ends we will meet up for a meal and have the chance to reminisce on our week gone by.

You will fly back to London today leaving Norway behind.
